I`m a bit of an addict when it comes to cookery programmes on the tv. I`ll happily watch Jamie Oliver and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall when they are on the box. Inspired by these celebrity chefs I`ve now become more adventurous in the kitchen. There are now shelves packed with interesting cookery books that at one time stood completely bare. More and more people are expanding their cookery skills and why not when cooking can be so much fun? In actual fact a number of
Cookery Events are running throughout the UK and they are ideal for team building exercises. Colleagues can be enrolled on the events and together they`ll have to work together to achieve a common goal. It could be a canapé challenge or a tasty chocolate test that teams will have to pass. Ideal for a spot of team building the
Cookery Events are proving to be extremely popular at the moment. Companies can book groups of their workers on one of the
Cookery Events and they`ll come back to work wiser as a result. Only by working as a team for the good of a general cause will they prove to be successful at the challenges that they are set.

My friend is getting married next summer and one of the most important things to her for her wedding day is for the music to be absolutely fantastic. She and her husband have always been really into dancing. In fact, that is how they met at a dance weekend in London five years ago. I can quite understand therefore, how important it is for them to have the dancing part of their wedding exactly as they want it. I thought it would be a nice idea to suggest them getting an illuminated dance floor for the evening so that they can really show off their moves in the best possible way. My friend thinks that an illuminated dance floor is a fantastic idea but she is worried about whether any venues will have one. I thought she has enough to sort out in terms of the rest of the wedding so I said that I would look into venues in the area to see if any of them did have an illuminated dance floor. She was delighted at my offer to help and said that would really alleviate some of the stress she was under. She also said that it would give her some time to try to find a DJ for the evening.
